MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Reliable Power Systems includes 1 year BASIC service with the purchase of any turnkey installation. Once the first year of service is over, you may want to purchase one of our preventative maintenance agreements for continued peace of mind. These preventative maintenance agreements are designed to keep your generator running smoothly for years to come. All of our maintenance agreements offer emergency service 24/7 and will respond to the site within 24 hours of a call. These maintenance agreements do not include commercial standby generator installations and/or emergency standy generators over 60kw. (call for pricing)

1. BASIC

2 visits per year complete with the following:

Visual inspection, including mechanical and electrical systems
Oil and filter change as per manufacturers recommendations
Test functionality of generator and transfer switches by simulating a power outage
Emergency response time of 24 hours or less
Running test under load (1x per year)
5% off any additional non-warranty service work on generator
10% off any electrical service work at you residence or business (this is an added benefit that we can offer through Sun Electric Works, Inc.)

2. PREMIUM

3 visits per year complete with the following:

Visual inspection, including mechanical and electrical systems
Oil and filter change as per manufacturers recommendations
Test functionality of generator and transfer switches by simulating a power outage
Emergency response time of 24 hours or less
Running test under load (2x per year)
10% off any additional non-warranty service work on generator
15% off any electrical service work at you residence or business (this is an added benefit that we can offer through Sun Electric Works, Inc.)

3. ULTIMATE

4 visits per year complete with the following:

Visual inspection, including mechanical and electrical systems
Oil and filter change as per manufacturers recommendations
Test functionality of generator and transfer switches by simulating a power outage
Emergency response time of 24 hours or less
Running test under load (4x per year)
15% off any additional non-warranty service work on generator
20% off any electrical service work at you residence or business (this is an added benefit that we can offer through Sun Electric Works, Inc.)
Unsolicited service call before and after a major storm event (within 72 hours)
